'Scholarly Dialogues' series continues with Professor Nancy Welsh
June 28, 2012
On Thursday, February 25, Penn State Law Review will host the next event in its "Scholarly Dialogues" series, which provides students with the opportunity to engage with professors concerning recent scholarship.
This dialogue will feature Nancy Welsh, professor of law, as she presents her work, "What Is '(Im)Partial Enough' in a World of Embedded Neutrals?" Professor Welsh's work discusses the role of "embedded neutrals" who may have an affiliation with only one of the parties in an alternative dispute resolution situation. Jena Piazza, associate editor of the Penn State Law Review, will discuss Professor Welsh's article and there will be time for a public question and answer period.
Everyone is cordially invited to attend this event, which will be held from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. in room 114 Katz Building (University Park) and simulcast to room 112 Katz Hall (Carlisle).
