Professor Laurel Terry will moderate a plenary session entitled Regulatory Innovation: What’s in it for Us? at the 40th National Conference on Professional Responsibility. The conference will be held in Long Beach, California from May 28-30, 2014. Professor Terry assembled materials on regulatory innovation and will lead a discussion that will focus on regulatory developments in Australia, Canada, England, and Wales.
