- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)

Once users have searched TESS for mark information, the next step is to apply for registration. TEAS is an on-line system that allows users to fill out an application and officially submit the form directly to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Trademark Applications and Registrations Retrieval (TARR)

The TARR database contains the general information also available on TESS, plus information on the assigned attorney, Madrid protocol, and the prosecution history of the mark. TARR contains information only on trademarks that are federally registered or that are pending. To search TARR, users need a valid registration or serial number. - U.S. Copyright Office
