http://www.uscourts.gov/bnkrpctystats/bankruptcystats.htm - The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts compiles statistics on bankruptcy filings for each quarter ending December, March, June and September. Quarterly and 12-month statistics are available approximately 2 months after the close of a quarter.
