- Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau
http://www.ttb.gov/ - One provision of the Homeland Security Act divided the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms into two new agencies, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), which has moved to the Department of Justice, and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau which remains in the Department of the Treasury. The Bureau will be responsible for administering the alcohol and tobacco laws and implementing regulations previously administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
