- European Court of Human Rights

- European Court of Justice
http://europe.eu.int/cj/en/index.htm - The Court of Justice has twenty-five Judges and eight Advocates-General. The Court of Justice is charged with "ensuring the law is observed in the interpretation and application of the Treaties establishing the European Communities."

- International Court of Justice

Found on the site are contentious cases and advisory opinions (1946 to present), cases currently being heard or under deliberation, pending cases, general information on the ICJ, constitutive instruments, and the basis for jurisdiction of the court.
