Submission Policy

The Penn State Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited articles for publication in a future edition.

Authors are encouraged to use gender-neutral language. In addition, citations should substantially conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (a copyright of The Columbia Law Review Association, The Harvard Law Review Association, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and The Yale Law Journal).

Submissions to the Penn State Law Review may be sent either by electronic mail or postal mail. For electronic submissions, please e-mail article to the Editor in Chief. For postal mail, please address as follows:

Articles will not be returned unless a request and a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope are enclosed.
