The Penn State International Law Review invites authors to submit manuscripts for publication. Our preference for submissions is through the ExpressO service (http://law.bepress.com/expresso/). If you do not have an ExpressO account, you can submit by e-mail to Matthew Cronin at mmc284@psu.edu. If both ExpressO and e-mail are not options, you can submit by mail to the following address:

Citations should substantially conform with A Uniform System of Citations (18th ed.), copyright of the Columbia, Harvard, and University of Pennsylvania Law Reviews and the Yale Law Journal. We also encourage the use of gender neutral language in legal scholarship. To speed up the publication process, please submit your article in English, if possible.
