Penn State Environmental Law Review
The Penn State Environmental Law Review (PSELR) published its premier issue in 1992. Founded and edited by Dickinson students, the Environmental Law Review is a forum for articles that treat aspects of environmental law, a rapidly growing and evolving legal discipline. Articles written by students, legal practitioners, and scholars are published three times each year. Editorial board membership is open to second- and third-year students who write and submit a comment of publishable quality.
The Penn State Environmental Law Review is published three times a year by the students of Penn State Dickinson. The Penn State Environmental Law Review seeks to publish materials discussing all aspects of environmental issues. In an effort to broaden the scope of the Law Review, we are also interested in publishing articles discussing issues outside the traditional realm of environmental law, such as risk assessment, toxicology and epidemiology. Please note that views expressed in the Law Review are the views of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the policies or opinions of the Law Review, its editorial board and staff members, or The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.
