Submission Policy
The editors of the Penn State Environmental Law Review encourage submission of unsolicited articles for future publication in the Law Review. Interested authors should submit their manuscripts to the Editor-in-Chief, Penn State Environmental Law Review, 1170 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013-1617, or electronically to pselr@psu.edu. The Penn State Environmental Law Review accepts article submissions year-round and the Law Review encourages articles to be submitted electronically. The Law Review only publishes articles that are written by professors or authors who are experts in their disciplinary field. Unfortunately, the Law Review cannot return submitted manuscripts unless a self-addressed, stamped envelope is also enclosed.
