About the Environmental Law Review
Founded in 1992 and edited by Dickinson students, the Penn State Environmental Law Review (PSELR) is a forum for cutting-edge articles discussing the evolution of environmental law. Traditionally we publish two issues per year. Each issue combines innovate articles crafted by both legal practitioners and scholars with top-quality comments written by students.
To keep pace with the constantly evolving state of environmental law, we are always looking for contributions from authors whose work is focused on current environmental issues. In an effort to broaden the scope of the Law Review, we are also interested in publishing articles discussing issues outside the traditional realm of environmental law, such as risk assessment, toxicology and epidemiology.
If you are an author and would like to discuss the possibility of having your article published in the Penn State Environmental Law Review, please contact us via e-mail. If you would like to submit your article to us directly, please view our “Submission Policy” page.
Please note that views expressed in the Law Review are the views of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the policies or opinions of the Law Review, its editorial board and staff members, or The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.
