The Arbitration Journal
The Arbitration Journal is a peer-reviewed journal with a law review format. It has a long-standing reputation in the international and domestic arbitration and ADR community. It was published as the World Arbitration and Mediation Report for seventeen years; in the last year, it was converted into a Review. It, therefore, has a publication history that spans nearly two decades.
The Arbitration Journal provides deserving and qualified PSU law students with a challenging editorial experience. Students are supervised by a student-run editorial board and student editor in chief. The faculty supervisor holds a distinguished professorship on the law faculty. Students are awarded academic credit for their work.
The Arbitration Journal covers domestic and international developments in arbitration by publishing scholarly and professional articles, thorough summaries of leading cases, legislative analysis and other documents. The Arbitration Journal is published in an annual volume and is successor to a leading publication in the field. The U.S. Supreme Court remains active in this subject area and continues to favor the recourse to arbitration. Arbitration and ADR are a large and growing part of U.S. law practice. The Arbitration Journal fulfills the need for professional discussion and academic instruction.
