Exchange students are expected to take graduate level law courses at NTUCL. NTUCL offers a number of graduate level courses in English (typically 4 to 5 graduate seminars in English per semester). In the past, English-language graduate level courses included the following:

  • Selected Topics on International Trade Law

  • Seminar on Contract Law

  • International Intellectual Property Law

  • Seminar on Comparative Enterprise and Financial Laws

A complete description of law courses offered in English is available here. General course information is available here. Courses for the fall semester are typically finalized in June or July. Faculty profiles are accessible through this website.

Prior to matriculating at NTUCL, Penn State Law exchange students must consult with an academic advisor at Penn State Law (such as Caroline Sheldon) to approve their course of study. Students may also consult with NTUCL Associate Dean regarding NTUCL course selection.
Penn State Law students who are native Chinese speakers are allowed to take courses in Chinese as well.
