MINUTES:

1. Senator Mitchell Update
   1. times as follows: dinner at 6pm , lecture at 8pm , reception at 9/9:15
   2. $ for reception – from student organizations? – to be reallocated at SBA meeting
      1. Dickinson Democrats ($100?)
      2. JLSA?
      3. Phi Alpha Delta?
   3. $ for dinner???
      1. Senator Mitchell, Trust, Carbonneau, McConnaughay, Mogill
   4. Posters to acknowledge the Trust and student organizations that host the reception
2. Bollinger Update
   1. $5,000 honorarium
   2. dates available in March still – April is out
   3. see if we can have travel included in honorarium?
3. Lunchtime speakers
   1. letters passed around for editing
   2. spreadsheet to be set up on the X drive by Abigail, who will track all set/proposed dates to avoid double-booking/asking
4. Kevin – ADR/SEALS proposal for Shropshire
   1. group approved allocation of $1,000, based on lukewarm feedback from Professor Scott and hope for funds from another outlet
   2. discussion of options for other funding (email to ADR professors)
   3. Kevin to meet with the dean on Friday
5. OUTLAW speaker
   1. Sobel coming Tuesday
   2. If weather is bad, can the Trust pay for accommodations? YES
6. Chris Carver – Federalist Society
   1. early stages of planning an April 16 th debate --- will explore conflict with BLSA Casino Night
   2. Debate on gay marriage
   3. Professor Gelfand to be flown in from Tulane
   4. Professor Ball to argue liberal viewpoint
   5. Conservative speaker TBD
   6. Formal proposal still to come
