  1. INTERNATIONAL LAW SOCIETY APPLICATION
    1. Kelvin Miller, President of ILS, made the presentation
    2. Mr. Arnold J. Haiman
      1. Acting General Counsel United States Agency for International Development
      2. Speaking on USAID’s mission and its effect on the United States and its international relations
    3. Concern over the date because it is scheduled the same night as Sherron Watkins
      1. The speaker is willing to change the date
    4. Request for travel, hotel, and reception
    5. Unanimously approved
