all like to have Sean Carter speak

We would like Jason Rodriquez
to find out how much each group will be able
to contribute
SBA has approved money for BALSA’s
various events, so we will not need to fund these
receptions
Tim is sending an invitation letter
to Judge Carroll, Prof. Pearson’s father
We are inviting him to speak
sometime between mid-March and the end of
April
Women’s Law Caucus is still interested in
having Jen Massie speak
Jens made a $3,000 to Ms. Massie’s
agent
The agent would like us to keep him posted
Jens will propose that Ms. Massie speak on
April 22 prior to the Senior Picnic
Michelle has spoken with Tom Corbett’s
scheduler
April 11 was agreed upon
Michelle will propose a 6:30 p.m. speech
with dinner to follow
Gene Steurle has not responded to Prof. Cavanaugh,
so will more than likely not speak this year
Charlie sent an invitation letter to Judge Conaboy
We have to decide if we would like to have
a reception or go to dinner
Rakhi will be the liaison with the Environmental
Law Review to publish comments by Robert F. Kennedy,
Jr.
Jason has spoken with Mr. Katz, who would like
to speak with David Stern, NBA Commissioner
Glen Thomas will now speak at 6:00 p.m., with
a reception to follow, so as not to conflict with
Ms. Jacqueline Moudeina who is speaking at 7:00
p.m. on Wednesday, February 23
