Executive Board Position Information

Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the Chief Executive Officer of, and the official spokesperson for the Board; Set the agenda any time the SBA Board meets as a body; Set the date, time, and place of, and preside over all meetings of the Board; Nominate Chairpersons; Have the authority to sign checks or warrants for money from the SBA account pursuant to the Budget Guidelines; Meet regularly with the Dean to address SBA concerns; Conduct the affairs of Board in accordance with the SBA Constitution and Bylaws and any Resolutions hereafter passed; and review and approve the Budget Committee’s proposed budget prior to its submission to the Board for final approval.
