Florida Bowl : Tentatively scheduled for 2 nd week after Fall break.
- Second Saturday After Fall Break is October 25, 2003
Reagan Day : February 6, 2004
- Standing Committee will be lead by Julia Bahn
- Sign-up sheet of Reagan Day was circulated
- Expecting 2 speakers
- Budget has been allocated to event.

- Debate, District Attorney race for Cumberland County [ Agreed to by vote ]
  - To be held at Trickett Hall
  - Event coordinated with Dickinson Democrats
  - Incumbent District Attorney is Republican
- CPAC ( www.cpac.org ) Register soon. Last week in January.
- Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans: whether DRC should join.
  - President Michaels wants extent of our involvement to end with recognition.
  - Agreed to by Vote to join PA Federation of College Republicans.
Dickinson Republican Council Constitution Ratified [Yea: 17, Nay: 0]
- Motion to strike (amend) Art. VIII, Voting on General Matters, § E
  - “ Abstentions will be counted towards the majority vote. ”
- Motion granted
- Constitution ratified by Two-Thirds Vote [Yea: 17, Nay: 0]
