Professor Jennifer Wilson teaches Written Advocacy and Judicial Opinions. She is a former law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for Judge Julio M. Fuentes and a former associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where she defended corporate and individual clients in complex product liability, tort, and civil rights actions in federal and state courts.
Professor Wilson is a former trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Department of Justice, where she defended the United States in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in complex tax shelter and other tax refund litigation.
A partner in Philpott Wilson LLP, she serves private clients in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, and business law. She is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
