Professor Gaudion is a visiting assistant professor of law at Penn State Dickinson teaching Legal Analysis, Research and Writing. Professor Gaudion graduated from the Villanova University School of Law, summa cum laude, where she was named to the Order of the Coif, and received the Hyman-Goodman Award, given to the graduating student, who, in the opinion of the faculty, had done the most for the class and the school of law through both academic and extracurricular achievement. Professor Gaudion was a selected symposium editor of the Villanova Law Review, and received the Steven P. Frankino Distinguished Service Award, given in recognition of her outstanding editorial and administrative contributions to the Villanova Law Review.
Following her graduation from Villanova, Professor Gaudion served as a clerk to the Honorable William H. Yohn with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She most recently was an associate with Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin in Harrisburg, PA where she worked on antitrust and commercial litigation matters. In 2005 and 2006, Professor Gaudion was named a Rising Star by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine.
Professor Gaudion is actively involved in community activities. In 2006, she received the American Red Cross Spectrum Rising Star Award which honors the special accomplishments of women who exemplify the principles of the Red Cross and who have distinguished themselves as corporate and community leaders. In 2003, she was appointed by Governor Edward G. Rendell as a commissioner to the Pennsylvania Commission for Women, a position which she presently holds.
Professor Gaudion is admitted to practice in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member is the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Dauphin County bar associations.
