Professor Fotopulos is a visiting assistant professor of law at Penn State Dickinson teaching Legal Analysis, Research and Writing. As a trial attorney, she litigated multiple cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) through both direct litigation and amicus curiae briefs, including several that presented novel and complex questions of constitutional and international law. As an attorney-advisor, Professor Fotopulos directed the cost-benefit analysis of the federal regulations implementing the ADA and was a critical member of the U.S. delegation to the United Nations committee drafting the first international human rights treaty for persons with disabilities.

Professor Fotopulos has an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School. Her primary research and teaching interests include the law of disability and sexuality, bioethics, law and philosophy, and critical legal studies.
