Professor Jane Rigler retired from the Dickinson
faculty at the end of the 2004-2005 academic year,
after having joined the faculty in August of 1978.
Over the course of her twenty-seven year Dickinson
career, she taught Trial Advocacy, Arbitration, Civil
Procedure, UCC courses (sales, negotiable instruments,
bank deposits and collections), Criminal Law, Labor
Law, Labor Relations in the Public Sector, Employment
Legislation and Fair Employment. She also served as
faculty advisor to the Robert Wagner Labor and Employment
Law Moot Court Team. Professor Rigler continues to
reside in Carlisle and maintains an office at the
law school. Much of her time is spent serving as an
arbitrator and mediator in labor and employment disputes.
