Camille C. Marion

Professor and Director, Legal Analysis, Research and Writing Program

Professor Camille Marion directs the Legal Analysis & Writing curriculum and supervises the school’s externship program. Under her guidance, students engage in valuable hands-on training opportunities in judges’ chambers, state and local government offices, public service and non-profit organizations. Professor Marion also co-directs the law school’s newest externship opportunity, the Semester in Washington D.C. program, which allows accepted students to spend their final semester of law school working for government agencies and non-profit organizations in Washington, D.C.

Professor Marion has advanced training in the area of tax law and previously practiced as an associate with a major Harrisburg, PA, law firm where she advised clients on various state and local tax matters such as corporate income, capital stock, foreign franchise, personal income, realty transfer and business privilege taxes. Her expertise in these areas of tax law is a valuable resource to the Council of the Tax Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, of which she is an active member.
