Professor Nicole Raymond Chong practiced law for
eight years before making the transition to academia
as an instructor in Penn State Dickinson’s Legal
Analysis & Writing program in 2005. She most recently
was an associate with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling
in Philadelphia, PA, where her practice in commercial
litigation included representing a major international
telecommunications carrier in collection matters,
a local manufacturer and retailer of fashion accessories
in patent infringement litigation, and local and national
companies in contract and tort litigation. Professor
Chong was a member of Klett Rooney’s Appellate
Practice Section and also practiced in the areas of
civil litigation and domestic relations with Appel
& Yost in Lancaster, PA.
