Marc Witzig

Marc Witzig has practiced law in Harrisburg, PA, since 1986 and is a shareholder at Cunningham & Chernicoff. His practice focuses on a wide range of areas including business transactions, contracts, real estate matters, commercial law, estate administration, antitrust law, representation in bankruptcy and related litigation, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Cunningham & Chernicoff, Mr. Witzig served as judicial clerk to Honorable Roy Wilkinson Jr. with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and later the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He also worked at the Alcoa in-house legal department where he concentrated on technology import/export controls, environmental law, commercial real estate and antitrust.

Mr. Witzig teaches Consumer Protection at Penn State Dickinson.
