Lloyd R. Persun is an attorney with Mette Evans & Woodside where his practice focuses on local taxation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial law. He advises corporate, commercial and individual clients on a variety of tax, creditors’ rights and related issues. Mr. Persun has written articles on state tax issues for business and professional journals and lectured in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education Program. He teaches State and Local Taxation at Penn State Dickinson.
