David C. Cleaver

B.A., University of North Carolina
David C. Cleaver teaches Pennsylvania Probate Practice
and has been an adjunct professor at the Law School
for more than twenty years. He is of counsel with
Keller, Keller, Frey & Beck, LLC in Waynesboro,
PA, where his practice areas include personal injury
and civil litigation.
Mr. Cleaver is the author of Cases and Materials
on Wills and Decedents Estates (1976) and Pennsylvania
Probate Practice, with Forms (1st edition, 1983;
2nd edition, 1993; 3rd edition, 2000). He is a member
of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
While a student at the Law School, Mr. Cleaver was
editor of The Dickinson Law Review and a
recipient of the Abel Klaw Advocacy Award.
