Corporation Bureau

The Corporation Bureau maintains the records repository for companies doing
business in Pennsylvania and is the centralized filing office for Uniform
Commercial Code financing statements. The web site offers filing information,
forms, and a database of corporations searchable by general name or number, old

The Pennsylvania Securities Commission administers and enforces the rules and
regulations necessary to protect the public from deceptive practices in
