physician-owned, multimedia company based in Chapel Hill, N.C. Much of the content
at this website was formerly in Senior Care Web, also created by Clinical Tools, Inc.
Users fill out a series of questionnaires regarding such things as finances, health,
living arrangements. Based on information provided by the user, CarePlanner will
create individual Advice Reports analyzing living and care options. The site
includes worksheets, checklists, and links to related resources.
