The Inmate Assistance Project

Under the supervision of Professor Thomas Place, author of the widely used and cited book, Pennsylvania Post Conviction Relief Act – Practice and Procedure, Penn State Dickinson students have the opportunity to hone their problem solving skills by researching and responding to legal questions of incarcerated individuals through the Inmate Assistance Project.
