Elder Law Resource Center

In addition to its Elder Law and Consumer Protection Clinic, Penn State Dickinson maintains an online Elder Law Resource Center. At the heart of this on-line resource is the Bibliography, which provides direct links to elder law resources available on the Internet. Some of the identified resources are tailored to the consumer but may also be useful to students and practitioners.

Penn State Dickinson students and library staff update the Bibliography references regularly. Please notify us if a link does not work properly or if you have any questions, comments or suggestions for the Bibliography.

The Elder Law Resource Center also features a Hot Topics page that provides direct links to summaries of recent legislation, cases or regulatory developments that may be of interest to lawyers and older adults in Pennsylvania. If you’d like to suggest a future Hot Topic, please let us know.
