Lucy Johnston-Walsh, Clinic Supervising Attorney
Professor Johnston-Walsh directs the clinic's operations and supports its mission to serve children and advocate for legislative issues related to children in the welfare system. Under Professor Johnston-Walsh's supervision, clinic students represent abused and neglected children as well as those involved in contested adoption and custody actions.
Kate Cramer Lawrence, Esq., Public Interest and Clinical Teaching Fellow
Ms. Lawrence serves as a supervising attorney primarily in the Children's Advocacy Clinic. Additionally, she coordinates the Law School's pro bono program and public interest initiatives, linking the clinical setting with the broader public interest programs on campus.
Gary Shuey, MSW, LSW, Clinic Supervising Social Worker
Mr. Shuey comes to the Law School after serving as the administrator for Cumberland County Children and Youth Services. He brings to our office a wealth of experience and knowledge of the child welfare system and other social service programs in the community.
