To provide an indispensable resource for scholars, students, journalists, policymakers, and industry participants relating to ongoing and topical issues relating to sports law and public policy. The content of the site should not be primarily designed to replicate existing resources but to offer expert analysis, the sort of industry-academic interchange that forms the core of the Institute’s overall mission, and a synthesis of legal and economic data not easily available from other sources.
