Equal Justice Works — This Web site provides up-to-date public interest news, events such as fairs, conferences and awards, and publications. It also offers an annual Equal Justice Works Fellowship award.
The Jobs area of the NLADA Web site includes positions in civil legal services, defender organizations, pro bono and public interest organizations, public interest law firms and academia.
New York Lawyers for the Public Interest — This is a not-for-profit legal office tackling problems of low-income and underrepresented people in New York. It provides postings of internships, fellowships, and full-time jobs.

USPIRG.org is an excellent resource for initiating searches on important public interest issues and is the umbrella site to individual state PIRGs.
