Registration Fees — Registration fees are $995 for the three-day meeting. Team discounts of 15% are available to firms that send three or more registrants. Please make checks payable to The Pennsylvania State University. The entire fee is payable in advance and includes the cost of all materials, networking breaks, and lunch. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel at least 10 business days prior to the meeting by notifying in writing Ms. Anne Porter. Registrants who cancel later than 10 business days prior to the meeting will have the full fee applied to a future meeting or receive a complete set of course materials. In the event of cancellation of the program, registration fees will be refunded. However, the Law School will not be responsible for any other related costs, charges or expenses.

Hotel Accommodations — Although a block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Park Hyatt Hotel, each participant is responsible for making his or her own reservation. A special hotel reservation form which entitles you to a discounted rate will be sent upon receipt of your seminar registration fee. Registrants are advised to make travel arrangements as soon as possible.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) — Attorneys practicing in jurisdictions which have mandatory CLE requirements should indicate this on the registration form so that appropriate filings can be registered in such jurisdictions. Fees charged by CLE organizations must be remitted by attendees. The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this program for sixteen hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit
