Center for Dispute Resolution is honored to present

Neutrality and Impartiality in Alternative Justice


The two-day symposium will feature many of the leading ADR legal scholars and practitioners in the United States and Canada.

The symposium will be held September 9-10, 2005, at Penn State Dickinson’s Trickett Hall in Carlisle, PA. Attendees are invited to a dinner with the speakers and faculty of Penn State Dickinson on Friday, September 9. Additionally, each attendee will earn CLE credit and receive a copy of the symposium issue of the Journal of American Arbitration.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal
Education Board for 9 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure
CLE credit. Uniform Certification forms will be provided to attendees
for any other state in which CLE credit is desired.
