In a competitive selection process it is useful to provide the Admissions Committee with information outlining the scope and breadth of your activities. Space is provided to list your most important experiences, your employment history and the academic institutions you’ve attended. You are welcome to submit additional pages as needed.
If a period of time has elapsed since your attendance in an academic setting, please account for your activities from graduation to the present, even if you have not been employed full-time. Until you have a final decision on your application, we recommend that you keep us informed of any significant changes in your employment status. You may use additional sheets and a résumé to supplement your response.
