Our programmatic resources, curriculum and educational programs will be accessible at both the Carlisle and University Park campuses, and you will receive all the exceptional benefits of a Penn State Dickinson education regardless of location. There are, however, attributes to the Carlisle and University Park settings that are extraneous to the law school and its academic resources. Please contact the Admissions Office by e-mail, dsladmit@psu.edu, or telephone, (800) 840-1122, ext. 5207 for more information or if you would like to schedule a visit.

Carlisle, PA

*Please note: In Carlisle, Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law has moved all operations, classes, etc. to its transition building at 1170 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle. (Legal clinics will continue to operate from the Dale F. Shughart Community Law Center at 45 North Pitt Street, Carlisle.) The Law School will occupy the transition space while renovations are under way at its Trickett Hall facility on College and South streets. The transition building is located approximately four miles from Trickett Hall.

Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is located within easy driving distance of the state capital, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and New York City. As the Cumberland County Seat, Carlisle is an epicenter for judicial proceedings and legal activity. This attribute, combined with the presence of the U.S. Army War College and Dickinson College, make Carlisle an especially attractive academic and cultural environment in which to pursue your legal studies.
