Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts 2007

Each year during the month of July, the Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts brings over 125,000 people to downtown State College and the University Park campus of Penn State to celebrate the arts with its nationally recognized Sidewalk Sale and Exhibition, a gallery exhibition, Sovereign Bank Sand Sculpture, and music, dance and theatrical performances in a variety of traditional and non-traditional venues.
