CHAPTER NINE: AMENDMENT PROCESS

Any person affiliated with the law school may submit an amendment proposal to the SBA.
The SBA shall determine which amendments will be placed on the ballot for student vote.
Amendments approved by a majority of students voting shall go to the faculty for final approval.
